Vicky Mosteyrin

Managing Director


Vicky has 20 years’ experience in EU affairs, having worked both for EU institutions and the private sector in Brussels. Most recently Vicky was representing a large multinational engineering company at EU level, carrying out early intelligence activities to identify new business opportunities and the right partners and experts. Before this Vicky held positions at the European Commission (DG Research and Innovation, and DG Energy), the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions. Vicky joined us in June 2018 and has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation, acquisition of new business, as well as networking and representation.

Simon Hunkin

Policy & Proposals Co-ordinator


Simon has more than ten years of experience in political and scientific communication, with particular expertise in European policy-making, and the environment, energy and innovation sectors.
Simon is currently a Thematic Expert in Low-carbon Economy for the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform, having previously led the production of a number of studies and reports for clients such as INTERREG IVC, Interreg Europe and the CENTRAL EUROPE Programme. In European projects, Simon has led on numerous dissemination and exploitation work packages and co-ordinates all new proposals prepared by the team.

James Ling

Communication & Projects Co-ordinator


James is Communication & Projects Coordinator, overseeing the implementation of all Greenovate! Europe’s projects and corporate communications. He joined Greenovate! Europe in October 2015 and since then has managed communication, dissemination and replication activities in a number of EU funded research projects, currently HOOP & InvestCEC.

Nathalie Bargues

Project Manager


Nathalie is a Project Manager with experience in communications, stakeholder engagement and media innovation. Since March 2021, she is managing Greenovate! Europe’s projects GO-GRASS, INN-PRESSME & CEE2ACT where G!E is leading communication, exploitation and dissemination work packages. Nathalie’s previous experience includes working at EURACTIV Media Network, where she coordinated an innovation and training programme for media professionals. Prior to EURACTIV, she managed EU-funded projects at the European Association for Local Democracy (ALDA), specialising in youth and migration topics.

Marisol Castro Rey

Project Manager


Marisol is a Project Manager who specialises in designing international communication and digital marketing strategies to maximise the impact of innovation projects. She has actively participated in more than 30 EU funded projects, mainly in the area of dissemination and knowledge transfer. Since November 2022, she is managing the NewTechAqua, RECIPROCITY and MarginUp! projects where G!E is leading communication and dissemination work packages.

Elisa Casazza

Project Manager


Elisa is a Project Manager with a background in European Studies and experience in European research projects, stakeholder engagement and corporate sustainability. She joined G!E in May 2022 and is currently managing activities in the SUINK, SYMBIOREM and FOODRUS projects. Prior to this, Elisa worked at CSR Europe where she provided consultancy services for the private sector in the area of circular economy and the green transition.

Laura Nieto Cuervo

Project Manager


Laura is a Project Manager with a European projects and territory development background. She has experience in different European programmes such as Erasmus+, Horizon and Interreg and has worked in the fields of innovative and inclusive education and international relations. She joined G!E in January 2023 and is currently involved in the communication activities of UNLOCK, the replication tasks of STARDUST and assisting in the development of a decision support tool in GO-GRASS.
