Red Innpulso
Red Innpulso is the Spanish Network of Science and Innovation Cities. It is a forum for city councils that aim to advance in the definition and application of innovative local policies. Its work areas are based on the international promotion of the innovation activities carried out, the commitment to dedicate at least 3% of the city council’s investments to innovative public procurement, organising seminars, conferences, congresses, research and studies around R&D&I, promoting joint contracting in innovative public procurement and, encouraging the participation of the Network’s cities in EU projects.
