EU overtakes the USA in innovation performance

Brussels – The European Commission has launched its updated European Innovation Scoreboard, highlighting that the EU’s overall innovation performance is continuing to improve, and this year overtook the USA.

The EC has also released its corresponding Regional Innovation Scoreboard, assessing the performance of all EU NUTS2 regions.
