Challenge: The substantial innovation potential of the construction sector is hampered by its complexity, with small companies especially reluctant to change their ways of working.
Solution: GreenConServe designed, tested and implemented a two-step voucher scheme to provide technical and business support to the construction industry in Norway, France and Germany. Through a public-private partnership between innovation agencies and professional associations, GreenConServe provided innovation support to construction service companies involved in the planning, design, monitoring and management of building works. GreenConServe was co-funded by the European Commission under the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme CIP.
